An experienced educator, co-founder of ThriveNow and Holistic Learning, and passionate advocate for transforming education to meet the needs of the 21st century. With over 20 years’ experience, Kimberley specialises in child-centred, process-led learning approaches, integrating metacognition, STEAM, Design and Technology, the arts, and outdoor learning into meaningful experiential educational experiences. Kimberley has led transformational change in schools, developing innovative curricula, creating a groundbreaking D&T programme, embedded outdoor learning across age groups, and advocates for learner-powered, inquiry-led practice through international pedagogical platforms such as Learning Pioneers. Building on a Masters in Education, her forward-thinking research into metacognition and holistic education has been shared at conferences across Europe and in academic publications. Through Holistic Learning, Kimberley works with schools and organisations to design and implement strategies that support the whole growth of learners, helping them thrive in every aspect of their lives. At ThriveNow, Kimberley is dedicated to reshaping education by fostering wellbeing, inquiry, and inclusivity. ThriveNow's vision includes building an open-source educational community and establishing a flagship secondary school in South West London/Surrey as a hub for innovation and best practice.
