Scenario 1: Material code available instruments Checked the Material code availability for the Instruments model numbers. If available, the instruments can be considered complete set as spare and the BOM can be created. Based on this scenario discipline-wise expected Quantity of flocs the BOM can be created as below. Scenario 2: BOM available in SAP that can be used for Model number matching flocsChecked the BOM availability in SAP which can be used for model number matching Flocs. Based on this scenario discipline-wise expected Quantity of flocs the BOM can be created as below.When we use the existing BOM for the BOM not available flocs, Hofincons will select and suggest the BOM to PDO Project Engineer. Project Engineer has to confirm the Bill of Material so that we can take his confirmation as evidence and submit the same with BOM to Spares team for BOM link.Scenario 3: Site physical verificationSite survey carried out for associated flocs and investigated the potentials to obtain the required BOM information by physically collecting data and documents to create the BOM.
