I have been working at Chubbies since June 2022. In this role I manage the office, work to protect and enhance company culture, and coordinate on boarding new team members and help support the HR team. Prior to that my experience was managing a high end salon in the Carmel, Indiana Area since Fall 2016 and took over as full Director of Salon Operations in Fall 2018. In that job I have perfected my customer service and time management skills. I am a people person and excel with client relations. At my current position I helped implement many new systems such as more efficient goal tracking and I created an all inclusive employee handbook. In this position I also managed a small boutique which has given me experience in purchasing and merchandising.
