• Coordinate with in-house estimators to gather a man-hour budget per quantity/activity.• Produce excel spreadsheets that distributes man-hours per activity and quantity derived from historical productivity. Includes building pivot tables that give accurate percentage complete status per earned man-hours and installed quantities. • Create schedules that clearly define scope of work and path forward, involving durations per activity for pre bid project execution and planning.• Work with instrument index, cable schedule, and specifications provided to create a complete scope of work per instrument/device. Involves meeting with superintendents to ensure activities are defined correctly per field installation.• Load Primavera P6 schedule with man-hours, manpower, durations, and logical steps for completing work. Leveling manpower curves to maximize resources while justifying manpower at any given time of the project.• Update P6 daily. Involves meeting with general foreman and foreman to updated productivity and see where we stand on earned man-hours and quantities installed. • Time keeping and payroll. Includes projecting costs for following weeks, months, or to closeout/completion.• Create weekly updates for main point of contacts. (Owner, general contractor, and project consultants) • Create QC packages with checklist and other information requested by clients.
