I started working as a Technician for small tech companies where I honed my skills and working ethics by becoming a one-man team that is responsible for medium-scale projects such as installation of voice and data cabling for a whole establishment be it a hospital or an industrial factory. In those days, I learned the value of working alone and still achieving competitive results.As I move from different companies, I also moved upward in position and responsibility. I learned the value of teamwork and how to effectively communicate with your team so as to deliver the necessary expectations handed by the company. In the long run, you gain insight on the business environment and learn how to align yourself to the vision and mission of the company.I worked in the public sector as an educator and planning officer for 10 years and I learned a lot of things in dealing with the community. It also pushed me in a leading position as I guide other people and allow me to handle projects that require a wide range of skills in both technical and social.Recently, I worked for the BPO industry as a product specialist and trainer. Although, I have engaged in freelancing in some of the skills that I have learned throughout my entire career, and still engaged until today, accepting projects on the side.Currently, I still want to work for a company that will utilize the skills that I'm most passionate about (Design and Project Management).I look forward to connecting with you!
