Hi there! I am a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Human Resources. During my studies in SELU’s College of Business, I was honored to be our University’s SELU SHRM Vice President, in addition to multiple recognitions on the Dean’s and President’s lists. I received the opportunity of being a student intern with Entergy during my last 2 years of college, which provided an evident jump start in my professional career. Throughout my internship experience, I gained a wealth of knowledge and experiences that will follow me throughout my career. Prior to graduation, a full-time offer was extended for me to join Entergy’s Leave Management Team in Human Resource Operations. I later accepted a role within Entergy’s Diversity & Workforce Strategy Team in Human Resources. This opportunity led me to where I am today, which is within Talent Acquisition as a Recruiter II. As a Fortune 500 company, ensuring that Entergy is represented by a diverse workforce is imperative to our continued success. In my role, I oversee and lead many our Intern/Co-Op Program’s communications, trainings, recruitment, and initiatives - which is rewarding to say the least.
