With over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am currently Principal Specialist in Mobile Networks at Vodacom, one of the leading mobile operators in Africa. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, and completed Next Generations Networks Program from North-West University and Mentorship for leaders from Wits Business School. I have also completed several online courses and certifications in digital marketing, leadership, and millennial management. My core competencies include radio planning and optimization, network performance and quality analysis, having delivered services in various projects across multiple countries with extensive face to face experience of customers up to c-level.
