Alongside my work within Rising Star Digital, I am also the Senior Client Strategist at Project Seven. This role involves working closely with clients to get a top-down view of their businesses, to help them see where they could make things more efficient and run more smoothly. This includes some executive assistance, but with a large focus around expansion, scalability, long-term strategy, and building internal structures and systems.This role also includes upskilling internal staff to ensure that our own processes are running at their best, and that we are setting the example for the services we provide. This includes facilitating training, creating resources, and helping to manage staff wellbeing during periods of growth and change.

Leading a team of Junior Trainers to ensure that our learners get the best possible academic experience. This involves coaching my own team, creating opportunities for their professional development, providing support, designing and implementing organisational structures, assisting Tech Leads as required, and liaising with stakeholders from all levels. It also involves data-driven decision making, and evolving existing systems to better facilitate this.My team and I take action both proactively and in response to learners and their requests for support. This might be answering technical questions, providing professional guidance, or supplying them with wider learning resources. We ensure that learners have everything they need to not only be successful in our courses, but also in industry once they venture into employment.

This was a contracting role, where Liberate I.T. was a client of Signal Boost Creative Ltd. Liberate I.T. is a leading 5-Star NetSuite Solution Provider in New Zealand and Australia. In 2018 they hired Signal Boost Creative to facilitate a complete rebrand and overhaul of all their visual assets. This included redesigning and rebuilding their websites both for New Zealand and Australia, and rollout across all of their collateral. My work with them included creating both internal and external communications, monthly Info Hub email marketing, and utilising their internal NetSuite CRM. Liberate I.T. frequently attend industry events, which also meant creating assets regularly for them to use for public facing. My role also included liaison both within the company and also with external suppliers and customers, in order to complete my ongoing tasks. This included regular reporting, meetings with senior management, creating and implementing marketing strategy across many campaigns.

Creative - Graphic and Web, Front End Developer, Lead Copy Writer.My time at Waking Giants was spent working partially within branding and print, but largely within the digital space, doing website design and builds. I did a lot of work within digital strategy and planning around conversion, usability, content creation and management. I also liaised with clients and colleagues around social sites, email direct marketing and integration of campaigns across these different mediums. I wrote copy for clients’ websites and blog updates, as well as regularly reviewing content written by them or my colleagues. I ran training workshops with staff and with clients on content management, digital skill building and working within the web space across a variety of briefs.
