I am a full-stack developer that is passionate about agile leadership, walking the talk, and empowering those around me to reach their potential. I believe that personal growth and professional development are key components of success.Technically I have been involved in web development for over a decade, alongside my creative experience. This has included everything from CMS based web projects through to hard-coded custom work. Over time I have expanded beyond this into deeper areas of development, including having retrained with a focus on React.js. My creative background has allowed me to hone my attention to detail, and to think be innovative in overcoming challenges. I have often joked that really I work as a translator, making sure that the technical team, the creative team, and the customer all understand the process and what the others are doing in such a way that allows the project to be successful. When I'm not working, I love to immerse myself in music. It's a source of inspiration that helps me stay motivated and creative.I look forward to connecting with other professionals who share my passion for leadership, growth, nerdy stuff, and innovation.
