Worked as part of a small teem to design and engineer an open-source onboarding tool designed to give developers a visual high-level overview of a React project- Created a dynamically populated component hierarchy tree using React, Redux, and ReactFlow to give an interactive visualization of the architecture and structure of a developer's project.- Created a standalone electron application which is able to accept any React project folder and generate a tree from it independent of a network connection to ensure security- Used the Babel compiler to expose the AST of the project in order to generate a map of the connections between various components in a project and representing the interactions between components in a very easy-to-digest way.

Req Next Res An open-source application for finding restaurants using the google places API, connecting users' reviews and opinions together, and improving the usability of the API to find more keywords- Implemented a Google Cloud-hosted PostgreSQL database to host the data gathered from calls to the Google Places API, creating schemas for users and results- Created a reactive front-end using both React and Redux to generate a query object passed into the Places API to generate a list of local restaurants using geolocation data

Open-Source ScannerAn Open-Source tool designed to help developers find the next Open-Source project they can contribute to in order to sharpen their skills improve the open-source space, and expand their horizons.- Implemented React-Router to create a multi-page application which combined a front-end using React in concert with Redux to dynamically populate a a page.- Used an Express server to generate a query string from an object generated from the front end to pass into GitHub's REST API and parsing the returned object to the front

Worked as part of a small team to maintain a large colony of mice for use in biomedical research, running assays and tests on genetic samples, and maintaining and updating a large database onsite to reflect the most up-to-date information, troubleshooting issues, and providing empathetic care.
