Oversee the entire operations of the facility including but not limited to the following:• Quality, customer service, inventory, finished goods production, material planning, cost control, cost reduction, and vendor relationships at the manufacturing facility• Work to ensure effective use of resources by coordinating across functional departments• Management of projects through execution to ensure specifications are established prior to production and all parameters are achieved during the qualification, verification, and commercialization steps• Ensuring adequate technical representation is present during project phases• Driving key manufacturing projects• Development and execution of strategies to improve performance• Conduct regular process improvement reviews to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost• Analyze manufacturing best practices within facilities and look to implement these practices into key strategic areas within the organization• Working with the procurement function to develop manufacturing and capacity strategies that are consistent with the current and future marketing strategies

Creates, executes and monitors production schedule and modifies job-orders for production optimization in a manufacturing environment.Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectationCommunicate production status to management on a regular basis.Analyze customer requirements and set production expectations.Evaluate issues, analyze root causes and derive solutions.Generate production reports for management and customers.Work with Managers to prioritize and schedule jobs.Monitor and manage the availability of materials, equipment, and resources.Recommend improvements to maintain product integrity, consistency and quality.

Oversee entire Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment complying with API Q1, ISO/TS 29001, and ISO 9001:2008. Maintain quality records. Conduct annual internal audit of QMS. Train new employees on company policy and QMS procedures maintaining records. Direct supervise Quality Control Department.
