As a WMS Application Engineer I am responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of WMS/EDI implementations for new customers and migrations for existing customers for DSV Solutions Belgium.Main tasks - Lead the functional and technical workshops with the customer and the DSV project team. - Define the supply chain solution with an integrated IT concept. - Define the functional and technical solutions design in Cargowrite/JDA RedPrairie Dispatcher. - Build the EDI architecture between the customer/DSV/carriers/end customers. - Specify, test and implement the interfaces in cooperation with the DSV EDI team. - Build report specs. - Organize daily SCRUM meetings. - Reporting on the progress. - Develop test plans, scenario's and secure successful execution. - Organize User Acceptance Tests. - Organize training of the key-users / troubleshooters. - Give on-site support during go-live. - Hypercare and evaluation.

Manage IT projects for the Business Unit Consumer Goods & Industry. Projects are situated in the areas of WMS, EDI, TMS, Customs.Main tasks: - Discuss and validate the business requirements and translate into a business process - Project IT lead within the project team + manage budget, time and scope on the IT part - Coordinate all IT tasks towards the different IT teams within the business unit and other IT partners - Analyze the interfaces/mappings between the customer messages (SAP XML/Edifact/X12/... ) and the KTN standard messages - Organize & coordinate user acceptance testing - Organize, facilitate & coordinate IT-WMS hypercare period after go live
