We are actively expanding in the Belgian market with our own development team in Ghent. On top 7C Solarparken manages 77 MWp of solar assets also located in Germany for external investors.Our company is one of the largest solar-owner/operators in its home market and we are currently expanding our own portfolio to over 400 MWp by 2022 and the total portfolio (incl. managed assets) to 500 MWp by 2023. As COO I was responsible for the development and sourcing of new PV projects (incl. all regulatory issues), M&A, due diligence, deal structuring, contract negotiation, deal execution, tax and legal affairs as well as commercial project management.7C Solarparken NV was acquired by Colexon Energy AG, as approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders of April, 17th 2014.
