Ramped up the supply chain to enable significant business growth. Established a more cost efficient organizational model for operations including standardized and simplified processes.

Global responsibility for quality and regulatory affairs for the Philips Personal Health businesses. End2end responsibility includes development-, manufacturing-, supplier- and field quality. Team consists of 1000 quality professionals in various locations across China, Singapore, India, Austria, the Netherlands, Brazil and the US. Established a strong “design for quality” culture and processes. Consolidated the 14+ quality management systems to 4 with standardized global processes, accelerating quality improvements across the Personal Health product portfolio.

Global responsibility for all quality and regulatory matters in scope of the business group domestic appliances. Responsibility includes development-, manufacturing-, supplier- and field-quality. Team consists of 250 quality professionals in various locations across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Austria, the Netherlands and Brazil. Established a professional supplier quality organization close to the (mainly Chinese) supply base, resulting in better supplier quality performance. Delivered significant improvements in cost of non-quality, field quality, reliability and consumer satisfaction across the Domestic Appliances portfolio.

Established this new PINS subsidiary and matured the organization to a well-recognized industrialization and innovation partner, running at breakeven from the first year. Grew the organization within 2 years to 100+ fte at 2 locations (Shanghai and Chengdu). Responsibilities: general management of Philips Innovation Services China with end responsibility for the financial result, daily operations, quality, strategy, business development, customer relations, people development and supply management.

General Management of GTDM (Global Technology Development Mechanization) with end responsibility for the financials, daily operations, quality, strategy, business development, customer relations, people development and supply management. GTDM is the engineering department of Philips Lighting and responsible for the industrialization concepts and scenario's, system architecture, design and realization of production and test equipment. Total team consists of 300+ FTE in 5 different locations in Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Poland and China.

Managed program consisting of various footprint optimization and industrial transformation projects.

Managed IT roadmaps for SCM and Quality functions and coordinated the delivery of the IT project portfolio including process harmonization and improvements across the business groups.
