About Koen Van De Vijver

As a surgical pathologist I have a keen interest in the diagnosis and treatment of cancers of the female genital tract and the breast. Most of my activities involve diagnostic work, teaching, and clinico-pathologic research. My research is mainly focused on the molecular analysis of gynecological tumors in order to find new prognostic and predictive biomarkers.
