As an application specialist for Norit Nederland B.V I technically support the Catalyst, Pharma and Mining markets. As application specialist I know all the technical ins and outs of Norit activated carbon and its applications (e.g. activated carbon for petrochemical applications, optimal activated carbon characteristics for catalyst impregnation, ideal carbon characteristics for gold adsorption, decolorization characteristics for the pharmaceutical industry etc.). I am very well aware of the importance of the Norit activated carbon for every specific customer, so together with the responsible sales manager I visit customers to discuss their process and find the best activated carbon for their application.Furthermore, I talk over trends and potentials in the market with the global sales teams and the branch manager.
