Provides accurate, comprehensive, timely & courteous solutions to HR related questions & queries based on government regulations, policies & procedures as employee first contact point.

Recommending the most effective & efficient data audit control criteria & workflow. Supervise data traffic monitoring & recommending improvement based on data audit report in order to ensure data compliancy, data integrity & continuous improvement of data related conditions in HR SSC.

Responsible to design and implement PeopleSoft Training Management module (go live on June 2007).

I was directly involved in almost all the business activities, garment business that produced high quality men’s wear, starting from performing basic marketing strategies, negotiating terms of contract with external stores, managed own stores and supervising all field of work to ensure all staffs perform in efficient and effective manners.
