An underlying theme in my whole career has been as a change agent . Bringing positive and lasting change for the better for all involved through leveraging technology. And establishing solutions that balance the goals of being business viable, technical feasible and user desirable!The last years have been focused in the area of mobility, where I have facilitated the core research, established a strategy and implemented a mobile platform for both healthcare professionals and patients.But I have also covered a long range of other technologies like Precision Medicin, Patient Portals, EHR's, technical integration platforms through innovation methodologies, enterprise architecture and in-depth understanding of IT-infrastructure.I draw on a broad experience from both development, management and operations of large scale IT solutions, especially within the Healthcare-sector. I hold certifications in the Epic EHR-platform, Enterprise Architecture, Prince2 project management, ITIL operations and a Master in Healthcare IT from the IT University in Copenhagen.For the last many years, my colleagues have trusted me to be their representative in negotiations with management, and I have been involved in the cooperation between management and employees on all levels in the organization.
