Since my student days I have been experiencing pain: first lower back pain, later on chronic pain. Since 2012 I am slowly getting used to a life with daily pain. That means being continuously flexible, dosing, balancing and reinventing yourself.I think it is important that there is a greater understanding of chronic pain as a disease in its own right, with a major individual, social and economic impact.To that end, I share my life story and patient experiences in the media and through my own blog site.
