A. I. Manager SAP As an A.I. Manager, I was mainly responsible for the preparation of Sogeti Netherlands for the SAP Market. Main objective of Sogeti Netherlands was to triple its SAP department within three years. Additionally, I was leading redesign and change management programs for crucial processes in order to achieve the before mentioned objectives. Specific duties included: Streamlining of the recruitment process in order to increase scorings changes and success. Developing and creating focus with the objective to claim a domain in the Dutch SAP market. Specific domains are: SAP Testing SAP Workflow Business Development for the above mentioned propositions to further professionalize and prepare the organziation. Creating a focus on the number of customers, markets and partnerships. Developing relationships with different partners such as: SAP Netherlands

As a business line manager responsible for the autonomousgrow of the business line ERP solutions. Beside that as a program/delivery manager resposible for some large accounts from Getronics PinkRoccade.Getronics PinkRoccade ERP solutions is a result oriented business unit. It's main objectives are to deliver, implement and maintain ERP applications (80% SAP and 20% MBS Axapta). Approximately 300 employees.* As a business line manager responsible for 50 cosultants within the business line.* Responsible for cross selling at new business customers within the logistics and transportation market (€ 750.000 in 2001 up to € 7.500.000 in 2005).* As delivery manager responsible for the expansion and staffing for projects at TNT. I had the responsibilty over all the SAP ERP projects within this customer. * Also responsible for the development of delivery structure for large accounts within ERP solutions.
