I am a designer from the Netherlands, fascinated by the question why some products and services work but others not. My passion is helping organizations to create successful products and services. I support them using LEAN product developments techniques, UX research, creating fruitful innovation processes, developing vision and strategy and much more.Currently I work at Less or More, helping companies develop to their full potential, as an innovation consultant for mental healthcare in order to improve healthcare & as a project coach at the faculty of Industrial Design at the Technical University in Eindhoven.I have extensive experience working on innovation in healthcare.
