About Kofi Ford

I am currently working as a software engineer at Cox Automotive Inc. I graduated from Morehouse College in May of 2022 where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering. During my matriculation, I had the privilege of developing due to my on-campus involvement and internships with UNCF, ServiceNow, and Amazon Music. Following my education I worked as an Associate Software Developer at American Airlines for two years.I have been able to further my career and expand my skills working within a fast-paced agile development team where my passion for problem solving has helped me to pursue numerous projects in the airline. In addition deliverables in the workplace, I am very interested in promoting a sense of community with my coworkers, involving myself in activities outside of the office and interacting with the employee resource groups.
