Achieved: finalised the SDF manual and achieved project effectiveness; launched the Fund; undertook extensive nationwide communication and outreach campaign among research and training providers, and business enterprises and associations across all sectors of the economy; managed the first call for grant applications, and relationships with Government of Ghana ministries, departments, and agencies, the World Bank, and DANIDA – the founding contributors to the Fund.
