The Manager, Brokerage Services - Royal Fidelity Capital Market - works with the Investment Management & Trust Department at Royal Fidelity and RBC Private Banking to develop and execute the strategic plan for the Securities Trading business line. The business line is horizontally integrated and allows the unit to provide value-added services to the Retail, Private and, Corporate Banking segments in the RBC branch network and the Asset Management Business in Royal Fidelity Investment Fund Limited through Royal Fidelity Merchant Bank & Trust (Barbados) Limited. Securities Trading in conjucntion with Asset management services offered include Brokerage Accounts, Self Directed Registered Retirement Savings Plans, Investment Management Accounts (Non-discretionary and Discretionary), Bond Trusteeships, Fund Management, Trust Administration, and other Capital Markets services in Barbados, with strong support from the Bahamas Head Office.

Develop and promote trading in the local secondary fixed income acting primarily as a market- maker. In addition, seek trading opportunities in the Caribbean Sovereign Eurobond market.Cultivate and maintain relationships with Institutional and HNW clients, as well as fellow broker dealers; with a view of increasing fixed income & equity trading revenue

Executing equity and fixed income transactions on the local and regional Stock Exchanges while monitoring variables that affect securities prices. Research and Analysis of listed company fundamentals and trade volumes to arrive at respective stock recommendations.
