• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others)• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions• Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Help prepare the Project Operational Plan which is the main planning, monitoring, and control tool of the Operations.• In charge of the implementation of the assigned permanent scope of works of the Project Operational Plan according to the contract documents especially contract, plans, and specifications• Responsible for the controls associated with the identified risks of the assigned scope of work of the project• Direct and manage the assigned subcontractor’s works safety, quality, and schedule.• Coordinate with the Customer’s representative on matters related to the assigned scope of work of the project.• Prepare and submit project accomplishment reports.• Prepare the supporting documents for billing based on the approved payment schedules.• Help in the implementation of Project Quality Plan, Inspection, and Test Plan, and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.• Direct workers and evaluate actual manpower loading against the plan.• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

• Perform quality checking of Civil and Structural Works.• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals• Report work progress and budget matters to clients• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and other construction specialists• Select, Schedule, and coordinate subcontractor activities• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations• Oversee specialized contractors and other personnel.• Schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that the projects meet design specifications.• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory• Review the work progress on daily basis• Meet contractual conditions of performance• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contacts and obtain permits and licenses• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques• Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget.• Lead direct field personnel (foreman, technicians and labors) in works such as site survey, indoor and outdoor installations, test and commissioning, and after sale support.• Generate and submit to engineering group the red line drawings that shall be used as reference in developing as-built drawings.• Ensure that assigned works are implemented in a timely manner. Alternative or corrective action should be reported to his immediate superior for any forecasted slippage affecting the project milestone.

• Conduct inspection of rebar and formworks installation prior to concreting works.• Review construction plans if there are any conflicts with other trades.• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and other structural specialists.• Implement approved Construction Plans.• Prepare inspection request forms to be submitted to consultants.• Facilitate equipment, manpower, and supplier prior and during concreting works.• Prepares & submits accomplishment reports.• Ensures accomplishment within given schedule and desired quality results.• Check actual resource loading requirements and address issues to the concerned individuals.• Attend regular coordination and staff meetings.• Conduct daily toolbox meeting in order to properly deploy manpower to meet desired accomplishments for the given period.• Prepare rebar and concrete cylinder samples.• Evaluate weekly billings submitted by subcontractors.• Ensure that assigned works are implemented in a timely manner. Alternative or corrective action should be reported to his immediate superior for any forecasted slippage affecting the project milestone.• Lead direct field personnel (foreman, technicians and labors) in works such as site survey and installations.• Inspect layout of concrete hollow blocks, lintel beams, and stiffener columns.• Coordinate with subcontractors regarding any change or deviation in the installation drawing prior to execution of works.

• Conduct initial site survey to determine actual site condition.• Design the actual layout of fiber optic cables given the site conditions observed. • Ensures that the Standard Operation Procedure(SOP) is properly and strictly implemented• Perform quality checking of Civil Works.• Report to immediate supervisor & seek approval of any change or deviation in the installation drawing prior to actual execution of work.• Development of engineering drawings such as but not limited to as-built drawings and site dimension measurements.• Development of engineering documents related to assign work such as but not limited to survey reports, engineering plans and calculations, and installation drawings.• Lead direct field personnel (foreman, technicians and labors) in works such as site survey, indoor and outdoor installations, test and commissioning, and after sale support.• Generate and submit to engineering group the red line drawings that shall be used as reference in developing as-built drawings.• Report to his immediate superior and seek approval of any change or deviation in the installation drawings prior to actual execution of work.• Accomplish and submit to his immediate superior the required site reports such as but not limited to daily Tool Box Meeting (TBM) and activity report, weekly potential hazard and counter-measure to prevent occurrence.• Ensure that safety policy and procedure are implemented on site.• Ensure that assigned works are implemented in a timely manner. Alternative or corrective action should be reported to his immediate superior for any forecasted slippage affecting the project milestone.
