Earned Wage Access is a financial empowerment tool that helps building a more equitable financial system. In addition to leading PayKey's development process on a daily basis, I was fully responsible for the architecture, execution, and delivery of the project. Additionally, I recruited, managed and mentored a team of full-stack software professionals: Backend, Web, Mobile, Data, and DevOps.Having served as a member of the business task force which selected PayKey's new solution, I constantly collaborated with the Product team on both road map strategy and development implementation timelines.Also, I led customer-facing workshops and coordinated integration discussions with clients' technical leaders.Tech Stack:- AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Elastic Cache, WAF, Lambda)- HashiCorp (Terraform, Vault)- GitLab CI/CD, DataDog, Snyk, SonarCloud, Jira, Opsgenie- NestJS, Jest- Mobile: Native Android, Native iOS, Bitrise CI/CD- Web: VueJS

In charge of all Android, iOS, and NLP development teams. Evaluation and development of proofs of concepts. Mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance to team members. Design and build PayKey's Banking Keyboard from the PoC stage, to a MVP, to multiple client deployments. Responsible for both Android and iOS SDK architecture and development. Recruited and trained a team of 14 excellent developers, while always looking for ways to improve the quality and deliverability of the product.
