Leads Seventh Generation’s movement-oriented, corporate issue advocacy strategy. Sets the long-term vision for pursuing equitable and systemic solutions to the climate crisis, and leads the in-year execution plan via partnerships with grassroots organizations and cross-functional collaboration within Seventh Generation.

Led the 20-person Grassroots team at Greenpeace, an iconic global campaigning network that acts to change attitudes and behavior, to protect and conserve the environment, and to promote peace. Enjoyed a 12-year career at Greenpeace, achieving three promotions, each with increasing leadership and responsibility. Most proud of the 11 years spent as a manager, mentoring nearly two-dozen direct reports and developing them into more senior roles, either at Greenpeace or elsewhere in the environmental justice advocacy movement. Built a reputation as an implementer and executer among an organization of free thinkers and people with big ideas.

Directed the Polling Place Administrators Program in Cook County, IL for 2,800+ college students, registering 300+ applicants to vote. Established and developed contacts colleges and universities in the greater Chicago area.
