With over 18 years of experience in public policy, public administration, and community engagement, I currently serve as an Associate Professor and Head of the Administrative Science Postgraduate Program at the University of Jember. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Jember, followed by a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming and Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Charles Darwin University. My career has been dedicated to integrating academic research with practical applications, collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations to develop policies that foster social and economic development. Leading research projects that focus on community engagement and participatory governance, I strive to address critical issues in public administration.In my academic role, I am committed to mentoring future public administration professionals, guiding students to become effective leaders equipped with the skills and knowledge to create positive change. My teaching philosophy emphasizes transformative education, and I actively participate in professional organizations to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices. This involvement ensures I remain at the forefront of the field, continuously contributing to the broader academic and professional community. My published works include numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and contributions to books on public administration and policy.

I taught levels 1, 5 and 6 both internal and online modes. My classes comprised of students from CDU and Open Universities Australia (OUA),as part of my duties I am required to provide administrative support to the course coordinator of the Indonesian language program for the implementation of curriculum, this involves coordinating course delivery in a timely manner as well as providing general administrative and secretarial support to enable deadlines to be met by the students. Throughout my work history I have been required to utilize the range of social media /online platforms such as Unibridge, BlackBoard Collaborate, Learnline and Microsoft software in the provision of high quality of teaching and administrative assistance. One of the examples of this is utilizing the announcement board in Learnline to remind students of due tasks and forthcoming study topics. -
