I'm a life and business coach, mediator, expert of social policy. Working as a freelanser, expert of social policy, consultant in social business developing, trainer.I have experience at leading projects financed by the EU, targeting the employment of disabled people. I've got experience at leadership, training, project management and financing. As an expert of social policy and business coach I’m passionate to use design thinking to improve and develop business ideas, and shape society in a favorable way. I want to reverse-engineering innovation for businesses and entrepreneurs. Many business ideas stuck, because they want to be innovative and create social impact and they try too hard to prove it. Social innovation should be a competitive advantages and not a burden to businesses. I have more than 10 years of experience in business planning, developing social innovations, social enterprises. I have experience in coaching and training individuals and groups for business planning. I know the traditional methods, (business canvas and etc.), I like to „start with the why” and use the methods of design thinking and abductive thinking. My special field is to develop and help social enterprises.I’m good at public speaking, organising, management and strategic planning. I speak English, German, Italian, and Russian.
