I am a Forestry and Natural Resources Professional with more than 30 years of professional experience as lecturer and researcher at the universities.I was Team Leader of Botanical Garden in Department FNR committee and Head of Botanical Garden Committee of Kabul University. I was the Head and Professor at the Forestry and Natural Resources Department of the Faculty of Agriculture, Kabul University, Kabul, Afghanistan. I worked as a professor since 1989, I was Dean and Head of Department in faculty of Agriculture at the Balkh University.I was the Assistant Dean and Head of Department in Kabul University; meanwhile, he is the Co-founder and Director Environment conservation Centre for Afghanistan (ECFA) - Faculty of Agriculture Kabul University; ECFA is the First Environment conservation Centre in Afghanistan. I have organized the First Journal of Scientific Environment by ECFA under the name of MOHET.I had the membership of International Bear Ceremony Committee (IBCC) - The Hokkaido University Museum Sapporo Japan.I had participated at the Eminent scientist’s symposium - Seoul Republic of Korea, as side event for the 5th Ministerial Conference on Environment and development (MCED)2005.I had visited the Purdue University and North Carolina State University - USA on 2010 and some others Universities in Germany, Japan, China, India for academic purposes.I was the Member of Advisory Board of UNEP- Afghanistan, as an environment Expert from Kabul University; and he was member of informal Advisory Committee for biodiversity of wild life conservation for Afghanistan (AWEC). I had participated at the 4th International conference on Environmental Education in Ahmadabad – India.I have published several scientific textbooks in Principles of Systematics, Forestry, Ecology, National parks and protected Areas of Afghanistan, Wildlife, and published papers in national and international Journals.
