Since 2005, he had been working for the Red Cross, the world's largest humanitarian organization, for 16 years. He was involved in blood, international aid, youth and volunteer development, and medical projects. His responsibilities include sales and marketing, planning and organizing domestic and international training programs and events, public relations and PR, and project coordination. The total number of participants in the training programs was more than 500 people from Japan and abroad. In public relations, he has appeared in the Asahi Shimbun, Yomiuri Shimbun, national public broadcaster NHK, and other media to share his own experiences of the disaster, thereby contributing to business PR. He coordinated and managed multinational medical teams dispatched in times of disaster or conflict, as well as liaised and negotiated with international NGOs, the UNs, the Red Cross, and military and government officials. His response experience includes Nepal Earthquake, Kumamoto Earthquake, Greek Refugee Assistance, Iraqi Refugee Assistance, Somalia Assistance, Haiti Earthquake, Bangladesh Refugee Assistance, and Northern Osaka Earthquake. Related fields include international humanitarian assistance, disaster prevention and mitigation, sustainability, leadership, and multicultural understanding and communication.Since 2021, he had been working for a general hospital in Bangladesh operated by SHIP AICHI MEDICAL SERVICE LTD, an overseas joint venture of Green Hospital Supply Corporation, as the Deputy Director of Office Administration, where he was involved in sales management and public relations during the initial phase of the hospital's opening. His main duties included sales management, marketing, and public relations/branding. Organized sales team through local hiring and headhunting. He managed and guided each staff member's motivation and duties while implementing team building to create a sustainable organization. He also guided the branding of the hospital as a new hospital and developed public relations with a focus on digital marketing. For the hospital's official opening, he planned and managed an opening ceremony attended by the Japanese Ambassador and other influential local figures, which was covered by more than a dozen local media (newspapers, TV, and web news).In October 2022, he joined the Economic Development Department of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). He has been dedicated to some projects in the Private Sector Development and contributes to private-sector HR development projects, mainly in developing countries.
