Sales & Marketing for Wings Tours & Nile Cruises under Sales Plan.Customer Services and follow up the clients to solve any problem that may meet them. Following up with current accounts list & corporate list.Marketing survey describing the market situation and needs. Sharing with my managers to put sales plan & action plan for outbound department Reaching more corporate accounts and maximizing our market share of the outbound travel business.Contacting our agents to create new programs inside and outside Egypt.Sharing in studying our tourism resources inside Egypt and creating new programs that meet youth inside Egypt.Handling all the issues concerning the conferences operational & Execution (Accommodation – transportation – Registration – Meeting package – gala dinners – pre & post tours)

Duties:Correspondences between my company & other companies working in the same field, etc.Solving difficulties that may meet the computer users.Preparing & send the offers to the accounts. Managing and leading the staff team (10 employees).Following up existing customers and putting the plan to create new accounts.Customer services.Studying local market prices to analyze deviations in our product range.Analyzing our needs from the raw materials comparing with our sales plan & targets and the expected sales margin through excel spread sheet & links with many sheets for the sales plan & production system
