Kohji Furuta, a Japanese national holding a Singapore Permanent Residence, brings over 21 years experience in Asia Pacific, with specific expertise in Human Resources Consultancy. He grew up and studied in Australia, Singapore and Japan.He started his career in one of the largest semiconductor trading firms in Japan as a Sales Representative. In 2003, he was invited to join a Supply Chain Logistic solution provider in Singapore to manage the Japanese accounts. For the past 18 years, Kohji has been working as an Executive Search Consultant and in 2010 February, he set up his own Human Resources Consultancy firm in Singapore.After running his own business for 4 years, he was then invited to join JAC Recruitment to spearhead the JAC International division covering South East Asia region.Presently, Kohji is with MESHD (a brand of HCCR) offering Talent Managed Services to clients including Organizational Strategy, Employer Branding, TA Tech & Talent Acquisition.
