At Roblox, the Safety team aims to foster civility for a billion people through freedom and safety.I'm the Product Lead for the Safety team's Moderation Platform. We enable Roblox teams, creators, and users to efficiently operate a safe and trusted ecosystem.I lead the team delivering platform moderation capabilities across Roblox feature teams, independent Roblox creators and devs, brands and advertisers, and Roblox users. We work closely with Operations, ML, and other Safety teams to protect accounts, enable age appropriate content, support transparency and compliance, and drive toward automation across our Safety stack.I focus on expanding Safety moderation support for various types of user-generated content (UGC) and communications, improving the quality of decisions we make in moderation, and driving down total cost-to-serve.Most recently I've been supporting the careful rollout of advertising on the Roblox platform. I'm also deeply invested in our moderation platform's posture regarding security and incident recovery.

Served at Kabir (kabir.org.in) as a volunteer paralegal advocate. Used the Indian Right to Information Act to enforce good governance.Implemented an outreach and communication plan to key stakeholders including neighborhood, student, and civil society workshops and presentations.
