Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Projects Role focused on both near term triage and long term strategic initiatives to improve planning automation and forecast accuracy. Focused on specific planning line items, identified opportunities for improvement, and then led cross-functional collaboration to bring solutions to our customers. Projects included but not limited to the following:-Automated a key planning line item that previously was manually entered by operators in over 200 fulfillment centers on a daily basis across multiple countries. -Migrated back end data source of a key planning line item by championing network communication and coordinating migration execution timelines of planning teams in multiple countries.-Identified and documented problems with current key planning line items while collaborating with cross-team stakeholders to develop realistic solutions.-Managed data science resources through implementation machine learning solutions for planning optimization.

Winshape Wilderness, Berry College

LeaderShape is a six day leadership development experience focused on expanding the community of people who lead with integrity and a healthy disregard for the impossible. Worked closely with various faculty, staff, and administrators on Auburn's campus to coordinate highly interactive leadership development curriculum in large group and small group sessions. I carried out the behind-the-scenes logistical details, crucial for The LeaderShape Institute, remaining one step ahead of the curriculum so that the details are organized and the facilitators are prepared for each segment. Most importantly, I had to model leadership behavior while acting with integrity, serve as a catalyst for others' learning, and establish a climate conducive to learning. I highly benefited from the intensive, energized, and unique experience furthering my personal leadership skills and self-discovery.
