Prior to my involvement in aircraft finance, I was head of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation’s Japanese corporate banking division in Düsseldorf, Germany. From April 2001 to June 2009, I headed the Structured Finance Group in New York and also managed the Bank's leasing subsidiary. I have closed many innovative structured finance transactions with multinational companies.
