As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Fundu, I bring over 15 years of extensive experience in the banking industry, with a deep understanding of banking operations, corporate finance, and the future landscape of the financial sector.Previously, I served as Dealflow Manager in Nordea’s Startup & Growth unit, where I worked closely with VC funds, family offices, corporations, and business angels. In this role, I helped these stakeholders discover promising growth companies and create fruitful investment opportunities.I also held the position of CEO at Finland’s only trading platform for unlisted shares, where we facilitated transactions involving shares of companies such as the energy company St1, telecom shares, as well as shares of family-owned and growth companies. This experience has given me a profound understanding of the valuation and investment process in unlisted companies.In addition to my experience in traditional banking, I have successfully secured financing for companies in collaboration with the European Investment Bank and Finnvera, further expanding my expertise in corporate finance and strategic partnerships.My expertise extends beyond traditional banking to include real estate investments, particularly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and securities trading, backed by an APV1 certification.
