I run two publicly traded companies in Japan, one in real estate and the other in real estate technology. APAMAN, a real estate company, has about 1,000 real estate brokerage offices, generates about 400,000 rental transactions per year, and supports the management of about 1 million rental units. SystemSoft, a real estate technology company, provides cloud services to about 10,000 companies.We have also established incubation facilities called "fabbit" in Japan, the U.S., Thailand, and other countries to provide support for startups.In terms of social contribution activities, we established a non-profit organization with the aim of increasing the number of new marriages in order to solve the problem of Japan's declining birthrate. In cooperation with the local government, we developed 12 local marriage counseling centers across Japan and promoted many marriages. We also manage a professional soccer team.私は日本で、不動産と不動産テクノロジー 2つの上場企業を経営しています。不動産事業のAPAMANは、店舗数約1,000店・年間斡旋件数約40万件・賃貸管理戸数約100万戸を有しています。不動産テクノロジー企業のシステムソフトは、約1万社にクラウドサービスを提供しています。また、日本、米国、タイなどにインキュベーション施設「fabbit」を設立し、スタートアップへの支援を行っております。社会貢献活動として、日本の少子化問題を解決するために、結婚支援を目的としたNPO法人を設立,自治体や商工会議所などと連携し全国に12か所の結婚相談所を運営しております。また、J1プロサッカーチームも経営しています。
