MR JAMES ANDY KOJO NUNOO (FCCA, MBA) is an experienced management strategist with diverse experience in the private and public sectors. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) England and holds an MBA from the University of Leicester in the UK. He has a wealth of experience in financial management, supply chain management and operations both in the service and manufacturing sectors. He is also a systems and procedures specialist and has extensive experience in the design and implementation of strategic management systems. He also comes with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, including export business. He is credited with opening up new markets in South Africa and the West African sub region for Kasapreko Company Ltd. Kojo has also managed complex projects including the factory expansion of Kasapreko Company Ltd where as the Project Manager he led a team of both local and international experts to install two new state of the art bottling lines. He also possesses fund management skills and expertise in multi donor fund management, including G-Rap and was part of a team of consultants that managed USD23m fund between 2008 and 2010. He has also done M&E assignments on behalf of the USAID-ADF Projects in Liberia and Burkina Faso. He has also facilitated strategy sessions to draw up long-term strategies for donor funding organizations and carried out capacity building for NGOs to assure financial discipline and sustainability. Kojo is a natural leader who has always galvanized his team to achieve set goals. On countless occasions he has had to be drafted in to turn around unfavorable situations for his Company. He is a peoples’ person and is able to build strategic business relationships quite easily. His ability to research and make use of new knowledge stays him ahead of his contemporaries.
