Provided board level support across subsidiaries of the group, spanning Healthcare, Telecommunications, Mining and Oil & Gas. Also lended support to startup initiatives for new business opportunities.► Key Stakeholder management of a $2.493m Gas Pipeline build project in a challenging environment including mid-stream government change.► Business Turnaround: Stabilised a distressed Granite Quarry production business. Also stabilised a subsidiary providing Electronic Vending for Pre-Paid Airtime.► Change Management: Drove a successful change in behaviour necessary to deliver profitability.► Started up and accepted appointment as Managing Director of a subsidiary healthcare .► Corporate Governance: Implemented Group wide initiatives to standardise the business and deliver best practice corporate governance.

Hunghat is a startup that was selected as the first African based company as agents and partners for MNKH a Hungarian company 99% owned by the Hungarian Government and 1% owned by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce. This partnership was aimed at creating the facility for bi-lateral trade between Ghana and Hungary.As Managing Director, I created the business and put the necessary corporate structures in place.► Stakeholder Management: Ensured a good operational relationship between MNKH and Hunghat Ltd.► Corporate Governance: Implemented best practice corporate governance.► International Market Expansion: Leveraged the reserves of SMEs while helping the expansion into foreign markets.

Programme Board Executive providing oversight of the delivery of new IT capabilities as part of a key NHS National programme. This spanned Acute and Primary care trusts operating under very strict governance. The NPFIT programme was a circa £6bn national programme. In the telecoms space, key programmes involved global data centre closure and infrastructure upgrade for Thomson Reuters & BT for Global Financial Services institutions.
