- Overall responsible for all projects delivery performance with a section of team members (project managers, project engineers, technicians) that implements SCADA and Control Automation projects.- Provide management, guidance and assistance to the project team members that are managing the projects in the section- Manage the overall section project team members roles, competence and individual performance- Oversee all the projects planning, design, delivery, budgeting, invoicing, quality control, risks management, contract management and customer satisfaction- Perform analysis of project financial performance and project delivery efficiency for project reviews and reports

- Project manager for Replacement of SCADA, Control & Auxiliary Systems at JRWW (PUB). - Determine and define project scope and objectives.- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.- Track project costs in order to meet budget.- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Standardization of equipment P&ID tags, control logic blocks, SCADA layout with Project Manager team for the Asia Pacific Region automation standard.Provide remote support and on-site technical support for customer that are related to electrical, programming and process issues.Employ a strong working knowledge of industrial machinery, process control, control system design, development and programming of PLC/SCADA for automation of Haarslev Industries processing equipment which include fish processing, poultry processing, meat rendering and odor treatment.Conduct Factory Acceptance Test, supervise cable installation, cable termination between MCC/control panels with motors/instruments during installation stage of Haarslev Industries equipment at customer site.Carry out loop-checking of motors and instruments before the commissioning stage.Taking up the role of commissioning engineer and programmer at the same time for the commissioning of Haarslev batch processing plant. Taking care of electrical and programming for the commissioning of Haarslev continuous processing plant.

Carry out project coordination, control system design, development, programming and commissioning that involve DCS/PLC/SCADA/RTU system integration work.Layout and control circuit design of low voltage electrical switchboard or technical drawing such as CCS panel, instrument connection, MCC panel, low voltage switchgear and electrical system.Conduct Pre Validation Test (PVT), Site Inspection Test (SIT) and site commissioning with clients.Supervise sub-contractors on design and construction.
