It also develops and implements strategies for existing partners to acquire new associates and manage exciting ones to guarantee a sustainable company competitive advantage.Additionally, it focuses on the research and development of nutraceuticals and biomolecules, as well as, the production of the field's up-to-date research papers that emphasize business opportunities. At the Biotechnology Labs at the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management in India, I planned and executed molecular and biochemical studies on genetic expression, gene manipulation, and DNA technology to develop innovative methods and techniques to advance biotechnology. Additionally, I played a crucial role in producing essential molecules and applying the above-mentioned methods with others, such as microscopy, chromatography, electrophoresis, spectroscopy and fermentation. I also supervise and monitor undergraduate and graduate students.

During my tenure at Notre Dame Evron Catholic High School in Côte d'Ivoire, I engaged with students across a wide range of grade levels, delivering comprehensive courses in biology and earth sciences. I prepared and presented course material, utilizing advanced resources such as PowerPoint presentations to ensure an enriching learning experience.
