I have represented clients in a variety of civil, criminal, and regulatory matters. I have tried multiple successful federal jury trials and I also have experience arguing several times before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. My practice focuses on Investigations, Government Relations, White Collar Defense, Constitutional Law, Appellate Law, and Litigation. I have been invited to write and comment on matters related to internal and government investigations. I appeared on CNN to discuss the legal ramifications of the Mueller investigation.
