Management• Driving CXC towards achieving MSC Status in 2009• Initiates & implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.• Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the company.• Identifies & provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.• Responsible for IT staffing & budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.• Exercises staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, & transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives.Project /Practice Management• Creates, executes project work plans & revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.• Identifies resources needed & assigns individual responsibilities.• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects & scope.• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.• Effectively applies CXC methodology & enforces project standards.• Prepares for engagement reviews & user testing procedures.Internal Operations• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.• Leads regional development teams across two countries• Approves team members' timesheets and expense reports in a conscientious & timely manner.• Reviews the status reports of team members & addresses issues as appropriate.• Complies with and helps to enforce standard CXC IT policies & procedures.Project Accounting• Tracks & reports team hours and expenses on a monthly basis.• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.• Analyzes project revenue, bill rates and utilization.Financial Management• Understands basic revenue models, P/L, & makes decisions accordingly.• Understands our charge-out rate model & billing procedures.• Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, bill rates & utilization.

Project Delivery & Responsibility• Driving the company towards achieving MSC Status in 2006.• Provide new design and site structural planning for incoming projects• Attend to most incoming projects both backend and front-end• Provide technical training for completed projects to clients• Provide technical support to existing clients• Attend and manage all domain registration and hosting issues from clients of the company• Liaise with other payment gateway companies for site integration.Networking, Internal Systems/Applications• Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure internally.• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and assigns appropriate resources when necessary.• Recognizes necessary network improvements and makes suggestions to the Team Leader.• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides support when necessary.• Works with project teams to help implement any internal applications/systemsCommunication• Keep teams well informed of changes within the organization and IT related information.• Communicates relevant IT-related information to upper management.• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.Technical Understanding• Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.• Understands Internet, Intranet, and client/server architectures.• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
