CurrentAs a Product Manager, I work under product functionality development with PO and being one of PO I work with customer feedback regarding the system improvement, perform business and system analysis of new functionality, validate hypotheses with clients, competitive analysis, UX improvements.As a Project Manager, I manage the full cycle of system improvements development for the main client - mining corporation. I analyze the received tasks, evaluate them and form a backlog, sprints, milestones. I approve UI/UX, specifications and timelines with the client, organize complex testing and delivery of improvements.As a Product Implementer, I analyze business processes of such clients as banks, retail chains, industrial corporations, pharmaceutical corporations. I manage the business analysis process, conduct interviews with department heads, manage integration work, train users and administrators.Product: B2B platform based on proprietary BPM module to automate the company's business processes. EU and Kazakh market.
