These include custom chatbots powered by OpenAI and Azure, as well as automation scripts using Power Automate to streamline business processes.The chatbot projects were built using Azure OpenAI/OpenAI's GPT model as the core, leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) logic with Azure AI Search for enhanced data retrieval. Since the HR tool was a legacy system without available APIs, we leveraged desktop flows to extract, verify, and update data. Additionally, with the launch of OpenAI's ChatGPT models, I explored the use of chat completion and assistant APIs to replace the logic of chatbots built on Microsoft's LUIS and Language Services, while continuing to use the Azure Bot Framework as the platform.
