Supporting 7 infill wells drilling operation in Sabah shallow water, by QC-ing and analyzing the reservoir pressure acquired in each well to optimize the zonation and then the oil production in each well in a given period of time. Furthermore, the acquired data helps to have a better understanding of reservoir dynamics in the field.At the same time, an infill drilling studies is carried out, by integrating a considerable amount of information regarding production, pressures, fluid samples and etc, to unlock the untapped hydrocarbon resources for this geologically complex field through analytical and empirical techniques.

Acting as field reservoir engineer in one of the shallow clastic matured oil fields in Sabah water, my main responsibilities is monitoring existing field and optimization of oil production through reservoir surveillance and management by analytical and empirical techniques.At the same time, I also perform reserves estimation for SEC reporting and production forecasting for business plan.
