• Provide detailed and accurate forecasts on company business.• Preparing and Processing of records for waybills.• Processing of all invoices and documents intended for payment (i.e. for suppliers, contractors, staff reimbursement & claims etc) to the Account Department.• Summarizing of all Invoices submitted to Account Department for Acknowledgement purposes.• Receiving of all Contractor/Vendors cheques from the Account Department alongside getting copies of actual document paid, for invoice register update and reconciliation purposes.• Registering and Filing of all project invoices as per cost code• Electronic Monitoring & Hard copy Filing of all expenses incurred on staff Vehicle Maintenance and Fuel consumption, Allowance/Overtime of Drivers, Phone Recharge cards, internet connection and all other petty cash expenses on monthly basis.• Office Support/Administrative related duties and Logistics.• All other special assignments as may be given by the Project Director, Project Manager, Document Control Manager and other superior officers in the department.
