I provided this service over the phone at the request of the underwriter for personal loans. This service included member verification to requested documents to assisting with online services.

Go wireless represents Verizon wireless and it's customers. All people have different needs and not all phone are the same.I had the opportunity to assist these customers with their wireless needs. I provided recommendations to the customers on what products are best suitable for their needs and wants in particular to their plans. Verizon makes changes to better their services and to make their plans fit the needs of their customers. I analyzed the account with the customer to make sure they were getting service they needed and cut out the services that were unnecessary.
