I was managing several SCRUM teams, Architecture, Product Management and DevOps.As R&D - Self motivated SCRUM teams, running end to end delivery including development, continuous integration, continuations deployment and monitoring. As CTO - Defining the architecture road-map, technology selection and practices. In charge for maintaining high performance, scalable and redundant products.As Product Management - Managing the product teams where we analyze business requirements from user stories into development task while engaging all the business owners.

Managing the R&D department for one of the largest content sites in Israel (Ranked #3). Nana 10 is co-owned by Netvision and Channel 10. I managed the in-house R&D and the turned-key projects with external companies. The R&D consisted of two teams. On each team there were designers, developers, testers and DBAs. Overall, there were 15 personals in the in-house R&D department.The R&D focused mainly on Microsoft technologies including .NET 3.5, Silverlight 2.0-3.0, ASP.NET, ASP, WCF, WinForms, WPF, Workflow, Team System and etc. In addition, we had some projects in PHP, J2EE and Flash and Adobe Air. I implemented Agile / SCRUM methodology using Microsoft Team System as a supporting tool for agile practices, such as Unit Testing, Continues Integration, Backlog and etc.I insured the code quality, performance, scalability of the site.I managed the R&D with a stiff time limitations and budgets.The R&D built a CMS (Content Management System) application, Blog application, Forums application, Chat application, Talker application (The Israeli Twitter), Games (using Flash & Silverlight), Flash Player and etc.

As CTO:Led a Command & Control product.I was in charge for managing the three development teams, including Client/Application team, Infrastructures team and the Server team.I lead the design and architecture for the application and had selected the technologies and methodologies for the development process. The process was built upon agile methodology with MS Team System as a supporting tool. The technology was mainly MS, .NET 3.5.As Enterprise Architect:I was in charge for designing a web application and web infrastructures for future development. The position included leading the development teams using CMMI methodology with MS Team System as supporting tool. The Technology that was selected was based on MS and included .NET 3.5, Linq, Enterprise Lib 3.1, AJAX (extensions and toolkit).As Product Manager:Led a for web application product including managing the entire development process for a web based product, which included recruiting personals and managing them, gathering requirements specifications, generating architectural design, generating infrastructure (hands-on) and selecting development tools, technologies and methodologies that included XP and TDD. The position included traveling abroad and handling customers from the USA, China and etc.Enterprise Architect for web applicationsI was in charge for selecting the technologies, creating design constraints and creating infrastructure skeleton for several projects.As Consultant:I acted as a consultant in several fields such as Performance, Load/Stress Testing. I have guided and mentored several companies in those fields and I am considered to be a lead persona in the Israeli Performance community. In addition I have also consulted in Change Management, IIS, Architecture, ALM and general development issues.
