Managed daily operations of sole commercial clinic for the organization. Acted as point of contact for staff, clients, and third parties for commercial insurance related questions or concerns. Responsible for registration and scheduling of all commercial insurance clients. Provided non-stop support and assistance as a general contact to clients, visitors, guests, and coworkers both in person and on the phone on a walk-in basis.
